Same thing here, love. Except my parents pretend that I can do anything I want and that they don't mind at all. :P It's all good, though, because will be teh future lawyer, lucky for them.

Only thing I can say is: do what you want. At this stage, if you can do it, and you know they'll get over it, and you like it, simply do it. You'll feel ten times better and without regrets.
