It could be something that Dumbledore knew but kept from Harry, I have no idea, but to be fair, JKR is known for putting red herrings alongside her plot, and this could be something she planted to mislead us from how it really all ends. Of course, like I told mijan, I'll be quite interested to see how she explains this away, considering how a lot of what she's said (that CoS is Very Important in laying out a LOT of the groundwork for, at least, HBP) and a lot of what we know from canon at the moment seem to point to that direction.
She's rather spunky in a not-too-obnoxious way, which is what I got off her from OotP and HBP, I think. Bonnie Wright's coming into her own, I'd say.
