JKR said harry is not a horcrux in some interview or other. and to be honest, i'd be a little pissed if he were. besides, you have to go through a lot of preparation to make a horcrux, it doesn't just happen automatically, and voldemort was there that night to kill harry, not make a horcrux out of him.
