tbf, when i was 13 i discovered fandom, hentai, and yaoi

So I totally went to Hulu to look for something funny to watch and ended up with Zombie Girl. It's a documentary about a 12-year-old girl called Emily Hagins who was making a zombie feature film.

It's pretty cool, actually; the movie was finished, and she was 13 when it premiered in Austin, TX. She is now in post-production for her second movie, The Retelling.

She also just learned to drive a car, probably, which I still haven't learned to do, and I'm nearly 23. :|

Anyway, I ordered a DVD of the movie she made (Pathogen-- and her website sucks, idk why she doesn't just use Wordpress or something to straighten it out) out of curiosity and some small desire to support her. I mean. I don't even know if the movie sucks or not-- it's the novelty of a kid going through the whole process (writing, directing, producing and editing) a film, really.

I kinda like knowing awesome things like this happen.

If it makes you feel any better, I had 10 driving lessons and I still don't know how to drive. :D;; In fact, I had the driving lessons so long ago that I don't remember a damn thing from them. Talented children are cool and all, but they make me feel so decrepit and failure-ish. D:
