New icon (already?) and Alan Rickman movie later

Um, new icon? *is sheepish*

I had to remove the Simply Perfect icon because, well, it's redundant. *stifles a laugh* I couldn't give up the Slytherin icon, and the Quills icon might have to be used sometimes too. Anyway, this'll be the default icon from now on, so I have something that can apply to nearly everywhere I end up posting. :D

I've started reading Fellowship of the Ring. Wish me luck, I haven't gone past the Shire yet, and it isn't on my priority list, but I do hope I end up finishing it. It's terribly long and I think having seen the movies have put a "what's the use" mentality on the whole thing. Ah well.

Will watch Rasputin tonight. Has Alan Rickman, though I don't know who he'll be, but I am muchly intrigued all the same. I should like to see Snape doing other unSnapely things. Hmm...

Wasn't Rasputin the man with the thirteen-inch thingy?

ETA: I couldn't watch Rasputin. Flogged down by work. *cries* But I did sneak in a look, just so I can see Alan Rickman. *jaw drop* So so so different. Weird...

That's a very good version of Rasputin. Very educational and Rickmanesque which is always good.

*sighs* Was not able to watch it though, which is even more of a pity now that it's actually one of the nicer versions. I'm sure Cinemax will show it again, one of these days, though, so I'll be watching out for it. :D
