spectacular's link to the Anon Meme going round, I stumbled upon indilime's journal on which she had a Spiderman 3 entry with the new poster.
Start spoiler (Don't highlight if you don't want to read. :P): They're apparently doing the Venom story. This is when some asteroid falls on earth with a symbiote that bonds with Peter Parker because he's the first on the scene. THIS is the reason he gets to wear a new black uniform for the rest of the movie. :P BUT some time later he realises that something's wrong with his new uniform (because DUH. It's an alien thing and you're letting your body fuck with it. HONESTLY. For a science nerd he's kinda dumb. :|) and so he takes it off, where it bonds with the next host he sees, Eddie Brock.
EDDIE BROCK IS GOING TO BE PLAYED BY TOPHER GRACE.
According to the IMDB cast list, they've also cast Gwen Stacy. WHICH IS STRANGE AND LATE AND ZOMG. But the Gwen they have isn't pretty. :(
And my friend said something more and eeeee, I can't WAIT for Peter/Harry. :| End Spoilers. :P
Have I mentioned they cast Topher Grace?

Whew. It's filming right now, and scheduled for release sometime in 2007. WOE. :(
