FINALLY!!!
Dec. 22nd, 2003 01:25 pmfter weeks of grinding and sweating and pleading and begging and reading and grading, I am pleased to announce that the results for the Honor Roll in .::Quills::., the Harry Potter Fanfiction Contest I'm doing, are up!
Twenty-one amazing fics, ranking within the top ten percent of all fics entered in the contest and with grades of at least 90, listed down and noted for your reading pleasure. :) I'm asking everyone reading this journal to GO. READ. And most importantly, VOTE. After a period of one month, the fic with the most votes from the public poll will be given the Reader's Choice Award, and the fic with the most votes from the .::Quills::. judges will be considered the Best Overall for .::Quills::. 2003.
The fics in the Honor Roll aren't necessarily the winners in their categories, mind. And those fics that aren't in the Honor Roll didn't necessarily win in either. I have the results in my hard drive somewhere, actually, to prove this, but I'm not telling until the voting is over! ;)
