wah, somebody tell me what's wrong?

I have no idea why, but I am SICK. So sick. My stomach started feeling funny today so I went home, slept, woke up four hours later with a fever, took some Paracetamol, lay down, threw up my breakfast (couldn't eat lunch, the smell of food made me want to puke), felt remotely better so I ate chicken for dinner, once again felt sick and threw up that meal too, crawled into bed terrified, and slept again, waking up slightly dizzy and feverish and hurting in some places. :\

This sucks. I've no idea what happened, or why I'm sick. Ugh. Ugh. My throat hurts from throwing up twice today. Wah, and no one is online. :(
