BLAIR WAS AWESOME IN THIS EPISODE SHE GOT A CONSCIENCE FOR HER 18TH WHAT AN ORIGINAL GIFT also am I the only one who thinks she should get Chuck's attention more by wearing that uber expensive diamond thing he got her for her 17th? It would be a winner imo.
