I Try Not to Spam. Really, I Do.
Nov. 13th, 2004 10:05 amI just want to say: Amy? Yes, that lovely, picspammy lady over there? Is a biznatch plskthxbai.
The semester started this Tuesday, and, I am scared. Terrified, even. I have three major subjects (two of which are apparently very difficult, woe!, and one professor who requires us to have a reflection journal for a "basic computer applications and methods" class), a general education subject taught by someone who looks like our national hero, a weight-training-for-women teacher who let only two students pass in last semester's Bridge class, and a communications professor who hasn't been showing up and may actually not teach us for this semester at all.
The only normal professor I've got is for English, and she might go on a study leave this January.
*sighs*
I set up my reflection journal for that class. If anyone wants to friend something that's likely to be updated twice a week and, well, I don't know what I'm putting in it, actually, but if anyone's interested:
evylations
Oh, oh, oh. Yes. D and I have created a Blaise/Theodore community. We haven't done tinkering around with it just yet, but, yeah. Because we need to spread teh B/T lurve.
in_teh_shadows, everyone. Go join. :P
Aaaaand finally, in RL news, I just had a haircut, yes? (Hair's now shortish.) And spiffy new black-framed glasses, right? Well, my friends apparently like the look and they say it suits me better than when my hair was long and I wore contacts. They also call it the Power Lesbian Look, which has been the source of both amusement and exasperation on my part and also many interesting conversations.
They say I look either like a book editor, an artiste, or someone who spends loads of times in coffee shops writing and chain-smoking. *snickers* So yesterday I went to two coffee shops.
Soon I will be wearing all black and skirts and black nail polish, too.
Friend: I bet by the end of this semester you'll end up with a girlfriend.
Me: *rolls eyes* What are you, crazy? ...Power lesbians don't need anyone.
Friend: *makes L sign with hands* See this? LOSER!!!
Me: Oh, I thought it meant Lesbian.
Everyone: *falls over*
Friend: What PE are you taking?
Me: Weight training. (Because there was no other PE left, honest!)
Friend: Can't say I'm surprised. *snickers*
Me: *deathglares*
(I should stop doing this to myself. Haha, but it's amusing.)
Anyway, yes.
I'd say more but there is a chat and an RP that is distracting me. (YaysqueeMichaellove!*snugsLissaandhidesfromShee*)
