Bah, Humbug!
Nov. 14th, 2004 06:28 amNothing against Christmas, you know, just that yesterday, or, well, early dawn today, at least, was not a good time. *sniffs*
Offline messages make me feel loved, by the way.
Yes, anyway.
Last week is done. Shan't spend copious amounts of money on anything anymore. Must begin saving, and stuff. (Woe. Goodbye, coffee shop! Hello, cheap but tasteless cafeteria food. Goodbye, breakfast at McDonald's! Hello, okay-breakfast-at-home-but-which-requires-me-to-get-up-early. *SOBS*)
Freudian Field Day
I had loads of dreams last night. I remember them all, I think, because I would wake up in the middle of each dream to see if my lousy connection was letting me on yet. (It wasn't.)
The first one involved kids. Three of them, one of which had the face of a classmate in school. I think I was supposed to be taking care of them or something. Ahaha, weird, let's not go there.
The second one had cake. Like, really really yummy cake. I was trying to choose from three different flavours, and I wanted my friend to buy one more cake so we could share, but he only wanted to get from the cake I was buying, the biznatch. (I bought the cake and didn't give him any.) Then I saw my old high school teacher, who is apparently a regular customer for that cake shop. And then I woke up. Before eating the cake. Damn that cake looked good.
The third dream had me going back to my high school. It was divided into two parts. The first part had me climbing all these stairs and having a really hard time. Like, I couldn't stretch my leg properly, like I was carrying something very very heavy.
The second part involved me going to the gym, where they were holding Mass. Except instead of a preach they had this preacher-type person, who is apparently quite silly. Anyway, in this dream I brought my laptop with me, and in that dream my connection came through, except duh. Can't chat during Eucharistic celebrations, and all that.
At this point in time, I decided Freud can go screw himself and they only meant one thing: The world must dislike me.
Otherwise, I hope you all have a lovely day.
