Justin Finch-Fletchley and The Normal Teenage Problem by Lassiter - Warning for S: Justin here is straight. But! Shouldn't stop anyone, not really, as this is an incredibly amusing MS fic parody. You know how in Mary Sue fics the Hufflepuffs are just to the side? Well, in this one they're the main characters, and the Mary Sue is someone who happens in the background. Brilliantly written, Justin is not S's Justin but he's just as amusing, and I could forgive the placement of Michael in Hufflepuff. (And Terry is Susan Bones' date to the Halloween Ball.)

hackthis - This is the Theodore/Neville I was reading. It has amazing dialogue between Blaise and Theodore (enough for me to forgive the severe lack of Blaise/Theodore, I think, LOL) and really, Theodore and Neville are amusing people to see. (Also, Blaise has designs on Terry Boot.)

I'd include Underwater Light in the reccage, but half my flist has read it anyway. Just that, reminding everyone of the Draco/Terry past. (Terry/Slytherins, dude.)

You know what I love best? Finding really amazing fic by myself, and finding it the hard way. (And then, of course, sharing it.) I was craving so much for Terry fic that I went to FAP by my own and looked it up the By Characters thread--and who'd have thunk those were useful to begin with, huh? Granted, there were only four fics, one of them which didn't catch my attention, a oneshot that ended up Terry/Lisa, another that was just plain weird, and then: A GEM.

The Annals of Terry Boot by Militheach Sidhe - I probably shouldn't like this fic so much; it's such a deviation from the Terry I've got in my head, but oh, it's so amusing. And different. And I don't think I've ever wibbled this much since, er, I don't remember. And it has Blaise. Who is so mmm and Italian and schtuff. Highlights include:

Terry in eyeliner!
Terry/Slytherins!
Blaise!
Fishnet stockings and a skirt! (I swear it doesn't matter that much hear. Er. I was able to overlook it, at least. LOL.)
Seamus! (Hahaha, he reminds me of OotF!Seamus a bit, D. XD)

And spiffy dialogue like this:

"I've always kind of wondered if . . . at my uncle's . . . if you're imagining--who you're imagining--that I am."

He's silent for a long time until, finally, he says, "I'm not sure you want me to answer that."

"Are you going to say Professor Snape or something? Because that would be sick and wrong--"

Zabini puts his fingertips over my mouth to shut me up, then pulls them away, muttering, "Now they're all lipsticky . . ."

"I don't think that's a word."

He laughs and kisses me.

"Damn it, Zabini, what did you do that for?"

He looks up at the sky. "You."

"Pardon?"

"I pretend it's you."

Hello, that puddle of goo on that floor over there? Me, DEAD.

And then clever lines like this, also!

"Zabini, you could always just simply say, 'Nott and Malfoy told Snape that we snuck out to do strange and dirty things by the lake.'"

The Slytherin predatory smile returns. "And to think: If I hadn't left, maybe they could have been half right."
