Chapter the Twenty-First

So UL's updated, and I had to read ch20 first before 21 because I forgot to read 20 when it was put up. :| I actually expected more squeeing from my flist over this, but yes.

I've always been a fan of surprise endings, narrative twists, that sort of thing. Cliffhangers? Not so much, especially not when you just know, deep in your heart, that come next chapter It Isn't What You Thought It Was, Really, And There's A Really Good Explanation For What Happened Last Time, So Read On, My Young Friend. Not when you know it's not likely going to end badly, either.

So Chapter 21? Not as "OMGSHOCKHOWCOULDHE???", really. On either traitor/spy/whatever. Personally, I coulda given Dumbledore much more credit. Hmm. I don't think I end up caring as much when I know it's all going to work out in the end anyway, and because I'm pessimistic like this sometimes, it almost always seems a cop out to me to have things end happily. :| I go "That's not life, they shouldn't" which only really goes to show how bitter I am in life, yes. :|

Three Things You Probably Did Not Know About Y!M Chats:

1. If you (henceforth known as Person B) accept an invitation to a chat that everyone else has already left, it will appear that the person who sent the invite (henceforth called Person A) is still in the chat. (So to answer the philosophical query: Yes, this means the tree made a sound when it fell.)
   
   
2. If Person A enters the chat he just created, invited Person B to, and left, but seemed to still be in, Person A will not be able to see any previous conversation apart from when he enters, despite him apparently having been in the chat. (:|)
   
   
3. You shouldn't leave slumber and hookedontherush alone to play with Y!M conference.
