Okay, I have a stupid question, how are people doing this thing where it looks like the < lj user = blahblah > code, but changing the name?

I downloaded Semagic, which is like this LJ client, and it has a little button with colorful shapes which is basically something that makes linking to LJs less complicated when you want it to appear as the name of the person while linking to their LJ at the same time. :P
