Well, I'm sorry it does. It annoys most people, I think, and I've seriously considered changing it into ariake (which means "the waning moon at dawn"), which suits me more. Then again, people have become used to this one, myself as well, so I can't really be bothered.

You could do that name change thing that changes your old name to the new one, so all old links are automatically converted to the new one. And if someone types in your old name, it automatically redirects to your new name. But it would still cost money, and that is not fun.
