Spent the last few hours before our electricity was rudely cut off by the storm (although this is the same typhoon that's cancelled our classes for tomorrow) reading through the anonymous love letter meme from two years ago.

The most recent comments are from yesterday, and I recognised the first few that I wrote, way back in November of 2004, and a couple that I thought I could have written, if I only remembered (though they were probably not me), and, yes. A few I'd die for to be written for me, but isn't that part of, I don't know, living? This constant, sometimes irrepressible urge to obsess about love?

I never learn not to wrap myself up in these kinds of daydreams, but in this instant, after some sleep and after some thought, it's not half so bad, really.
