It is distressing how you get reminded of things you'd really not wish to remember because they're supposed to be different and better now but then something reminds you and it's the same fresh feeling of "ARGH STOP IT GO AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE" that makes you want to run far, far away all over again. Bah. Nothing to scrub that feeling away.
