It's really very dorky that the only reason I'm updating today in particular is because I want to have cool patterns on my calendar. :| (Oh, and I'm uploading Regina Spektor's album next entry, no time today. :|)

Well, no, interesting things happened today too. I have realised that if life were a movie genre, mine is totally offbeat comedy.

Today, for instance, the wind blew my skirt up just as I was stepping off a vehicle, ensuring that I flash a whole road at high noon traffic.

My mother was right when she told me to always wear clean underwear.

Moving on.

Today I went to see Scoop, which stars Scarlett Johannson, Hugh Jackman, and Woody Allen (who plays a very adorable old man), and it is more comedy than romance but I love how refreshingly fun it is for a murder mystery. :| Scarlett played such an interesting character, and I can forgive the gaping plot holes and obviouse deus ex machina but hey, at least it doesn't pretend to be more than what it is. Plus, London shots. Mmm, gorgeous city.

Then I went around skirt-hunting and god, skirts.

AND I got the news that my groupmates and I got in as finalists in this marketing contest that our prof held within the class. It means a) we're excused from finals, and b) we have a shot at winning $1000. Considering we spent only overnight for something we were given two weeks to prepare for, I'd say that's pretty effing fabulous. :D

Then my friends and I went to this university fair thing where I realised that US education is really expensive, so help me god, I better work first before I get an MBA, or even a masteral degree in Marketing, but that's okay, because I know how to save money and my tuition fee a semester is just about $200. :| SO WE LEFT AND WENT TO WATCH MONSTER HOUSE.

God, and Monster House was hilarious. Whoever decided to put in adult humour in a kid flick? Is a GENIUS.

Zee: Where's Bones?
DJ: Your boyfriend has been eaten alive!
Zee: Hmm. Sherry Zimmerman*. Of course. Thanks.

With the exception of Today's Mortifying Earth Eat Me Now Please Moment, I totally pwn at life today. :|

Well yes, I know, but not as adult as, hello, being eaten alive? :| That was insanely, absurdly funny.

You should, it's amusing. :D

You too, where have you been? What is up with you logging in and then logging out? :( What on earth. :| What happened??? Pfft. My vote's clearly with the Joel. :| Libra REPRESENT.
