I spent Monday afternoon in a Mother Goose-like scenario. I mean, you ever see pictures of grandmothers talking to their many grandchildren, weaving tales and myths with their words while everyone listens eagerly?

Yes, like that.

Now, instead of grandchildren, put me and a couple of other friends from college.

And instead of grandmother, put in Fantabulous Gay Friend.

Naturally, that means 'grandmother' isn't talking about those kinds of fairy tales, oh no. >:P

*eeks* I didn't know there were Bathhouses here! And QaF-esque pick-up scenes really do happen! *loves upon Fantabulous Gay Friend* He's an adorably hot bottom, and is so not hesitant when it comes to talking about his most recent experiences since graduating last semester. :D

More on the Slash Front: This was so long ago, but I only found out recently: Chris Rankin has read a slashy Percy/Oliver fic, and loved it. (For the benefit of unrouen, whose first love was Percy/Oliver. :D)

AND!!! I have converted my STRAIGHT!MALE!Friend to seeing the world through slash-coloured lenses. He picks up on the subtext of everyday interaction even before I do! *wipes tear from eye* I am so proud. :)
