More fandom stuffage, mostly Ron
Jul. 13th, 2004 02:30 amI am doing teh memes everybody on my flist seems to be doing currently. Because I am sheep. Meeeehh.
ETA: Because it is FATE!!!
Wah RON! *basks in Ron love* He's always been my favorite character, hee. :P
out_of_the_fire is going along splendidly. Michael Corner is snarky! And a wee bit of the Blaise/Padma shipper in me sees a tiny bit of hope yet. LOL.
( These memes, though, take the cake. )
Here's a pretty long conspiracy theory regarding BOok 6, if anyone wants to see. You know the Ron=Dumbledore theory? This one's even stranger: Harry=Lord Voldemort. Check it out if you've got time, and then tell me if it made sense. :P
More SLASHY Subtext YAY!
This one's from
wayfairer.
Apparently, the JKR-approved Ancient Greek translation of Harry Potter uses "Malakos" as the translation of Malfoy. A couple of things you need to know about "Malakos":
1. Its literal translation is "weak" and "effeminate"
2. In the New Testament, according to
ataniell93, "malakos" is the term they use to mean homosexual.
You can't see it, but a big grin is plastered on my face right now. :D
Question Regarding Gmail:
Erm, it works like LJ codes used to work, right? But I heard people get fewer invites than others--what decides this? And how does one know that one has invites to give away? Thankees. :D
And, yes. Spam me. Please. :P
