this is not a review
Jul. 14th, 2007 12:31 pmI'm reserving final judgment for OotP after I've read each book, seen their adaptations (except for the Philosopher's Stone, which I'd done reading by the time I got the idea), and then read HBP as well, in time for Deathly Hallows, to get a gist of what was alright in OotP and what bothered me about it, because initial feelings are basically, I can't wrap my head around the logic behind turning the longest book of them all into the shortest film.
But enough of that. I've been reading flist reviews, plenty of which have squeed and woed over certain scenes and stuff, but.
( Here's the time for canon speculation: Has no one else noticed... )
Oh, and while we're at it. If there's any more doubt that Harry's the last Horcrux, let me point you to Chamber of Secrets (bold mine):
You really can't get any more blunt than that, can you?

Oh, and while we're at it. If there's any more doubt that Harry's the last Horcrux, let me point you to Chamber of Secrets (bold mine):
"[sic] Unless I'm much mistaken, he transferred some of his own powers to you the night he gave you that scar. Not something he intended to do, I'm sure..."
"Voldemort put a bit of himself in me?" Harry said, thunderstruck.
"It certainly seems so."
