• I've bought speakers (for the low low price of $5!) so now I can actually listen to music through my iPod without screwing up my laptop's virtual memory. \o/
  
  
• Unfortunately, for some reason, my laptop can't detect my external hard drive. :\
  
  
• Cameron and Chase are engaged zomg. Well, not Cameron and Chase so much more as the actors who play them. :| I didn't even know they were dating!
  
  
• What's your favourite movie ever that nobody's heard of? For the last few weeks I've been watching random movies on and off and I stumbled upon Fried Green Tomatoes and loved it. Also checked out this Korean film called Sad Movie and realised I like crying at movies. :| And and and I've never actually heard of Reefer Madness the Movie Musical until now, and wuh. I love musicals. :|
  
  
• A Starbucks barista came over to our table yesterday and asked us if we wanted to do a coffee taste testing. Curious, my friend and I agreed, and he gave us the boldest, most intense coffee blend I've ever tasted. I'm not a coffee drinker, but man that was good coffee, and also, I love learning about things like How to Taste Coffee. You think you know, but you have NO idea, haha.

What's your favourite movie ever that nobody's heard of?

My tastes run kind of obscure -- if you're judging by the general populus -- so most of my favorite movies make people go, "Huh?" My favorite movies are things like Wonder Boys and Ghostbusters and Throw Momma From the Train. I also like older movies like Bell, Book, and Candle, and "kids'" movies like Who Framed Roger Rabbit? that are actually funniest if you're an adult.

Dude, I've totally been listening to the Sad Movie soundtrack for, like, two days straight now. Weird.

Ooh, thanks for reminding me about Wonder Boys--that's the one with Tobey Maguire as the gay college boy, right? I'll put it on my list and see if I can find it. :D

Haha, I saw your comment in that community--I've yet to add the soundtrack to my playing list, though, but it's pretty good, yeah. :P

Grey's Anatomy comes back this Thursday with a new episode. And Heroes is back on January 22nd. I dunno about House, though.

Also, good movies that nobody knows. Try out "Dangerous Beauty." It's this gorgeous, mostly fact-based story of Veronica Franco, one of the most notorious Venetian courtesans of the 16th century. It stars Catherine McCormack as Veronica, Jacqueline Bissett as her mother, Rufus Sewell as the love interest Marco Venier, Oliver Platt as Marco's jealous cousin Maffeo, Naomi Watts as the uptight upperclass competition, and Moira Kelly as Marco's sister and Veronica's best friend. There's lots of clever dialogue, beautiful scenery, and amazing costumes. Did I mention Rufus Sewell is naked in one scene? Yum! Anyway, it's an excellent movie and one of my favorites of all time.

Apparently House is back tonight but is due for another three-week break after, lol, but thanks for the Grey's and Heroes info! :D Shall set my torrents ready, haha, as it's the only way I ever watch any of them properly.
