If that's the case I can't say I'm terribly impressed by him, either. I didn't know he was still allowed to publish his book, though. Is that how the trial ended? (I didn't pay any attention.)

Exactly. And I don't know-- it says in Wikipedia that the trial was last April, but I don't know what happened to it either. (Same as you, I wasn't paying attention.)
