Gale Harold was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash and is currently in intensive care at LA County and USC Medical Center.

And perhaps I wouldn't be as worried or as concerned, but there's this bloody rule of threes and these days it's seemed as though there's been nothing but bad news, and. It's Gale.

I read on ohnotheydidnt that he has fractured his shoulder and is just being kept in for observation, so don't worry!

The update on that entry reads:

Though original reports and statements suggested that Harold's primary injury was done to a shoulder, sources tell TVGuide.com that the actor also suffered a head injury. Housewives creator Marc Cherry told the AP that Harold apparently has swelling on the brain, but is expected to recover.

Which is slightly worse than just a shoulder thing, but still a lot better than "serious injury" and "intensive care" sounded like. Wah.
