Neither can I :( but it looks like the upside down writing beside the words that are encircling those footsteps (and those words too) are just random Latin?
Which is a pity. They should have just put in Roger Davies (like they did at the beginning of HBP when McGonagall called him out for entering the girl's bathroom) or something, I mean we all know he's a manwhore by now. :|
