So I'm not entirely sure what's happened the last few months, but doodling is coming easier than words to me lately. Oops? But I really do love the drawing tablet I got-- I feel like I've been using it more than my Kindle, even, but because most of my things are being posted directly to
hh_sugarquill it occurs to me I should probably be posting some of them here too. For posterity or something. :D
Behold, my forays into fanart (from earliest to newest):

One of the first things I did. The tablet came with a drawing program, ArtRage, and I was playing with one of the settings.

ArtRage had an oil paint setting and I liked how the strokes showed, but this is pretty messy. >.>

In my head canon, the student's tie changes colors as soon as the Sorting Hat announces your house. It has nothing at all to do with the fact that I had to convey "sorting" and "house" in one image. Not one bit.

Doctor Who crossover, based on the Princess & TARDIS series.

A portrait of Helga Hufflepuff. Tried out the gloop pen setting, not sure I like it. I also did a Rowena portrait but didn't like that as much.

Another crossover-y piece, sort of. Maybe fusion is the right word. It's Luna as Danaerys from Game of Thrones, pose shamelessly stolen from the Birth of Venus. >.> Also let's pretend that's what nargles look like.

Saw this image and thought Pansy would look great in the dress. \o/
