Set five years post-Hogwarts, Shadow’s Edge is a Harry Potter RPG that chronicles the rebuilding of the Wizarding World. Six months after the deaths of Harry James Potter and Tom Marvolo Riddle, rebel factions of the Death Eaters and the Order of the Phoenix continue to fight a war long since dead.

Early in the Second War, the Order of the Phoenix created journals to aid in communication between members. The idea was quickly stolen and adapted to suit the Death Eaters, and several commercial models are now available to the general public. The current Ministry of Magic hopes the journals will prove useful in reuniting the shattered remains of the Wizarding World.

Following the Final Battle and the end of the Second War, there are still many people out there, hidden and biding their time, who continue to support the Dark Lord's regime. When two of those individuals take that support to a new level with necromantic practices and succeed in bringing back to life one of Voldemort's greatest supporters, how will those who have struggled for normalcy after the Second War deal with their newfound peace being threatened?
