WHAT'S WRONG WITH SCISSORS?

Raise your hands, flist, if you have EVER successfully ripped open someone's shirt. It's not POSSIBLE.

Is it?

...I can't say I've ever tried either of these things.

Neither have I. It just seems... Improbable?

The buttons version would probably work. A lot of my button-downs have very weakly sewn buttons.

Buttons probably work, yes, but somehow I doubt that was the shirt in question.

I've never tried, but I think it's be possible if the shirt in question was an old, thin T-shirt. Ones with buttons could be done, I guess, but you'd have to get a good grip and really pull.

It's very special circumstances, and you've got to have rips in there already, probably. Or tearing somewhere.

I think if the shirt was like. A bit tattered or already had loose threads and the person doing the ripping was pretty strong, it could be done? I don't know. RIPPING SHIRTS IS JUST NOT ONE OF MY HOBBIES.

I HAVE A GREAT STORY ABOUT SHIRT RIPPING.

It does not involve fits of sexual passion, though. Maybe fits of .... some kind of passion.

One time, Michael, Jenn and our friend Kiwana were in grill line at McDonald's (as opposed to the grill line in my house? idk). I am up front bagging orders, so I have a perfect vantage point. :D So Kiwana drops a tray on the ground, and it makes a huge mess. Gross, red meat and grease kind of mess. Michael gets angry, which sets off an argument between Michael and Jenn. Jenn runs her mouth a lot, Michael tells her to get out of his house then, she screams at him for bringing her marriage into work things (which she had already done...). So Michael's reaction?

He steps into the aisleway, starts to walk down it and dramatically rips his shirt off. Buttons fly EVERYWHERE, all over the floor, some rolling up front and a couple fell into the fryer. He punches the wall, kicks the door open and almost runs over an old lady on his way out of the parking lot.

Good times, lol.
